Meghan Dougherty is an Assistant Professor of Digital Communication at Loyola University Chicago’s School of Communication and Director of the School's graduate program in Digital Media and Storytelling. She studies the preservation and interpretation of Web culture, collaboration tools to aid knowledge production, and Web archiving as an emerging cyberinfrastructure for e-research. She is a researcher for Webarchivist.org, which develops methods for studying action on the Web over time. She has a Ph.D. in Communication from the University of Washington.
