Timothy Carrigan has been with the Institute of Museum and Library since 2007, and currently oversees a portfolio of grants related to engaging learners in museums. Beyond his grantmaking responsibilities, Tim is also involved with many of the agency's signature initiaitives, including the annual WebWise conference on digital innovations in museums and libraries, and the Museums, Libraries and 21st Century Skills initiative, which positions museums and libraries as important anchor institutions in their community’s learning ecosystems.
