November, 2012	Lead authors notified if their proposal has been accepted.
December, 2012	Preliminary conference program released.
December 1, 2012	Early registration opens.
December 31, 2012	At least one author of each accepted paper, how-to session and professional forum must have registered for the conference by this date or their presentation will be removed from the program; Deadline for proposals for demonstrations and lightning talks; Early registration closes.

2013

January 15, 2013	Best of the Web nominations open. Deadline for Scholarship and Volunteer applications.
January 31, 2013	All written papers due for formal and how-to sessions; All AV requests due; At least one author of each demonstration and lightning talk must have registered for the conference by this date or their presentation will be removed from the program; Regular registration closes.
